Representative Hugh Holliman Receives Award!

The Arc of North Carolina is excited to announce that Represenative Hugh Holliman has received our House member Legislator of the Year Award. Ellen Holliman a strong supporter of The Arc of North Carolina. Representative Holliman is recovering at home and was unable to attend the event. We extend our best wishes to him and his family. In presenting the award Dave Richard, the Executive Director of The Arc of North Carolina, spoke to Representative Holliman's dedication and guidance in steering Mental Health Equitable Coverage through the General Assembly this session.
